Keep to Time
As you may have heard, GIGM transport company operates like an airline company. They are strict with their departure times, and will not extend them because of any passenger.
Therefore, it is advised that you arrive at the bus terminal at least 30 minutes before the departure time of your bus, to check-in properly.
Rescheduling of Bus
If you cannot make your initial departure time because of a change in your schedule, GIGM transit company makes provision for customers to reschedule their trip. All you need to do is reach out to their customer service and reschedule your trip.

- Hazardous materials such as but not limited to – gas cylinders (empty or with content), generators, building materials, fuel in gallons, agrochemicals, herbicides, pesticides; etc. are not accepted on GIGM vehicles. Guests are advised to monitor their luggage until their final destination.
GIGM transport offers pick-up to guests/passengers who are interested in that service. This service involves the guest being picked-up from their preferred location for the trip. However, this option is only available to light travelers (travelers with little luggage).
